1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds only if the product received is:
- Defective or damaged
- Incorrect (wrong product, wrong size, or wrong design)
- Change of mind, wrong selection of designs, colors, sizes, or typos submitted by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Timeframe
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or replacements.
3. How to Report a Problem

- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
4. Return Process
- If the return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging if returned.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
5. Replacements

- A replacement free of charge, or

Because each item is personalized and made especially for you, small differences in color tones may occur and are considered normal. These are not considered defects.
